We scored a few boxes of classy peaches and nectarines from Beau of Nashdale Farm at the markets the other day and I spent a day lovingly chopping and cooking them up. The result is three jams: A classicPeachJjam, Peach and Amaretto (great combination) and Nectarine, Ginger andCardamom.

It's plum season again and Beau from Nashdale farm picked a tonne of Mariposa Plums. So we got busy and made some jam. And sauce. And I still have more plums to do something with. They are very tart, which is good for jam, but I want to add something special so am thinking on that right now.
