here are some delicious white chocolate, macadamia nut and cherry cookies:

the recipe and method is this:
partially melt
250g butterin your mixer add
1 and a half cups of castor sugar and
1 and a half cups of brown sugar.
cream until light and fluffy then add
1 egg.
hand mix for the rest of the mixing... add
250g white chocolate roughly chopped, about
a cup or less of macadamia nuts, a
big handful of glace cherries, and
2 to 3 cups of self-raising flour. stir until combined. i used my hands as it was hard to stir.
pre-heat your oven to moderate and then put spoonfuls or fistfuls of the mixture on baking trays lined with baking parchment.


cook for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
cool on racks and then hide from the children if you want to eat any later...
